Warren Beatty's latest update is The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences granted Beatty the Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award for his body of work in 2000, and he was a 2004 Kennedy Center Honor recipient. In 2008 Beatty received a lifetime achievement award from the American Film Institute.
